CANCELLATION POLICY
Our patients are the most important part of our practice. This cancellation policy is put in place for our patients. Our appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this, we want you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time.
As a courtesy to our providers and to other patients, we ask that you provide our office a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of appt time, or a no-show, you will be assessed a $60 cancellation fee charged to your credit card on file. If you don’t already have a credit card on file, you will be asked to provide one when making your appointment.
If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may require you to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments.
Service Packages are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be applied to any other services, product purchases, series or gift certificate sales, or combined with any existing discount or promotions and must be redeemed within 6 months or as directed by RM Skin.
Rachel Moayer Skin Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, once your item has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided to you through a third-party delivery service such as USPS, the responsibility for any potential loss, damage, or delay during transit lies with the carrier.
In the event of a loss, damage, or delay by the shipping carrier, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. We recommend contacting the delivery service directly to resolve any issues related to shipping.
If you have concerns about the delivery or need assistance with tracking, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are happy to help with any other inquiries, but please note that once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for its delivery status.
Rachel Moayer Skin does not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through Rachel Moayer Skin directly. Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Skincare Package purchases are not eligible for refunds. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
